iDesign Studio

With decades of experience across higher education, K-12 school districts, and the corporate sector, the iDesign team is working to close the persistent gap in online learning. In principle, schools and companies want effective and engaging courses that align to measurable outcomes and skills. In practice, most fall short. Our collection of online learning tools simplifies the process of aligning outcomes and building courses. Studio is built with a design thinking approach because we are educators first. iDesign’s instructional designers understand what you need in an integrated online learning suite and are at the forefront of learner-centered design.

Align

With our recently launched Align platform, your team can measure and align program standards and map competencies to create a learner-centered experience. Historically, curriculum and skills mapping and associated accreditation reporting was tedious and documentation heavy. Align flips that paradigm with intuitive interfaces and visualizations that provide actionable insights into your curriculum data. If you are looking to increase bandwidth and enable data-driven continuous improvement, Align is your trusted solution.

Build

Connected to our Align tool, Build allows you to work on course development and expected program outcomes at the same time. As courses are created, content is automatically fed from Build into Align for short- and long-term progress tracking. Instead of spending countless hours on both processes, save yourself time on the backend and connect both components. By taking this approach, you can stay on top of any accreditation requirements from day one.

LX Pathways

From newly minted professionals to mid-level and senior-level practitioners, there is a Learning Experience (LX) pathway to support your career goals and interests. Online instructors can sign up for our free Fundamentals of Online Teaching and receive a Completion Certificate.

For the additional pathways, instructional technologists and learning architects have two options. They can choose the self-paced, competency-based program, which results in stackable credentials (if they are newer to the field). Those with some experience can circumvent this step and dive into the portfolio experience to work directly with an experienced mentor.
